When you entrust your bike to us for repair or maintenance, here’s how we work:

• Receive your bike and discuss details with you.
• In-depth diagnosis: We carry out a complete examination of your bike to detect any anomalies or wear. Every component is carefully inspected to ensure optimum performance.
• Transparent quotation: After the diagnosis, we will contact you and provide you with a clear, detailed estimate. This estimate includes all the work required as well as the associated costs (ordering of parts, etc.). This estimate gives you a complete overview of the repairs to be carried out. You’ll know exactly what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when the work will be completed.
• Once you’ve given us your approval, we’ll carry out all the repairs and adjustments needed to get your bike running smoothly. We carry out a test ride to confirm that everything is in perfect working order, and call you to let you know that your bike is ready.
